Both handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were at 4 degrees C or less.
Walk-in-freezer was at -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food (e.g. rice, potatoes, and skewers) were at least 60 degrees C internal temperature.
Donair meat slices were observed being cooled in a shallow container in the walk-in-cooler.
Prep. sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Faucet had been replaced with a new faucet.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. No leak was evident at the faucet.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in a sanitizer pail and the third compartment sink unit.
Ice machine and ice bin were in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
Pest control program was in place via the mall.
Dry goods in the stock room were covered between use.
Manager on shift held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course training (Canadian Institute of Food Safety Food Handler Certification Course, expiration date: May 15, 2028).
