Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CKRQWL: Improvement in the organization and covering of food products in the walk in cooler. However, observed still observed several containers of food products no proper cover. Recommend purchasing new lids for the large food containers. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer available for use in spray bottles. Note: manager on duty has recently taken FOODSAFE level 1. Recommend sending several kitchen staff to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent.
