Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in labeled spray bottle was measured at 50 ppm quats or less.
Corrective Action(s): Contents of spray bottle discarded. Sanitizer bottle was refilled at the dispensing unit, and sanitizing solution was re-tested at 200 ppm quats. In addition, a sanitizing pail was filled with sanitizer at 200 ppm quats. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer. Ensure that sanitizer is available at all times at the correct concentration (200 ppm quats or as per manufacturer's requirements) for sanitizing food contact surfaces such as cutting boards. Change sanitizer solution as often as needed to maintain these concentrations. Note: Quats sanitizer test strips on site are expired. Obtain new test strips that are within expiry.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back area designated hand washing sink was obstructed by a metal food insert (no food) located within the sink basin. In addition, no liquid soap was available at this sink.
Corrective Action(s): Metal insert removed. Liquid hand soap supplied. Ensure all sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation: Indicator fluid is separated in the thermometer located within the under counter cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Provide a new thermometer that is accurate to +/- 1 degree C for this cooler in order to check unit temperature. Date to be corrected by: July 28, 2022.
