Also, the paper towel dispenser near the drive thru was not stocked with paper towel however it was located on top of a machine adjacent to the sink. Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towel dispensers are always stocked with paper towel. Violation Score: 5

Comments

General sanitation (aside from garbage/storage building) is satisfactory. Hot and cold running water was available Liquid soap was available at the handwashing stations and in the public washrooms. All coolers were 4C or colder Walk-in freezer was -30C Hot holding (fish filet, chicken burgers) was 67C - 70C Quats sanitizer (200pm) was present at the dispenser at the 3 compartment sink for sanitizing dishes Cloths for wiping counters were stored in sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine) No sign of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection. *Food packaging in garbage/storage area should remain in unopened boxes to prevent any contamination.
