Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Sanitizer was not ready to use at beginning of inspection. Staff addressed immediately and set up bleach sanitizer in buckets to store wiping rags

Observation: * Items not used for business not to be stored on site. Lots of clutter found through out storage areas, etc., that must be removed/reorganized to allow sanitary conditions
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all items not used for business removed from premises (including table/chair in back hallway, etc) and maintain only what is used for business on site. Reorganize all storage areas through out facility
