Cooling and freezer units at good temperatures. Sanitizer spray bottle at 200 ppm Handsink OK - dispenser broken, but operator already ordered replacement. Liquid soap and paper towels stocked. Note: Floor below beverage syrups station in back of store observed with a puddle of red syrup, on the Chevron side of station. *Make sure staff check for spills daily and clean up right away. Orkin contract for pest control monitoring rodent activity.
