Food inserts are all maintained in a sanitary condition. Leak from both double sinks have been repaired. Deep clean has been completed in the bar and kitchen area. Staff washroom reorganized. Keep in mind not to store food or food equipment in this staff room as mops are placed here and toilet is not decommissioned. Reminder not to turn off water valve for handwashing stations as cold and water water must be available at all times. Pending issues: ->please replace ceiling light above dishwasher ->Foodsafe Level 1 certificate to be e-mailed to Health Unit (owner in kitchen)
