Note: The restuarnt portion is still not open to the general public. Mostly non-potentially hazardous sweets and snacks are made to order.
- hand washing station in kitchen area is equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towels.
- coolers are less than 4c and equipped with thermometers.
- freezer (stand up) at -18c and equipped with thermometer.
- Dry storage is all located off the floor atleast 6inches.
- Dishwasher at 50 ppm concentration; testing stripes are available.
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
- staff washroom handwash station supplied with hot water
- Foodsafe certified employees available on site at all times.
