Observation: REPEAT VIOLATION - meat slicer found in very poor sanitary condition, with dried on food debris throughout the machine.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed numerous times, meat slicer must be thoroughly pulled apart, washed, rinsed, and sanitized after use. NEVER let the food debris dry on! Correction Order Issued

Correction Order Issued - this Order will not be rescinded until numerous inspections are conducted without issue, OR the machine is removed from the premise.

Meat slicer again found in poor sanitary condition - see above violation
Cooler has again been serviced - measured 3.5C throughout
As discussed with owner, temperature will only go up throughout the day with heavy use. Highly recommend installing a fan to keep cooler air moving to the "warm" side of the unit
