- Handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. NOTE: Washroom handsink has a dispenser for hand sanitizer along with liquid soap dispenser. Ensure that hands are always washing using liquid soap first. Alcohol based hand rub cannot replace handwashing using soap and warm water.
- Walk in cooler, prep cooler, upright cooler and drinks coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Three upright freezers and one undercounter freezer are measured between -14C to -19C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Hot holding cabinet at front is at greater than 60C
- Surface sanitizer solution at the dispenser and in buckets with cleaning cloth are measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certified staff is available on site
