Observation: Noted raw fish being thawed in two comp sink- very close to a drying rack with dishware.
Correction: Protect dishware from splashing water during defrosting in another area or install a splash gaurd between sink and dish drying rack.

Observation: -Proper dishwashing are not being followed- missing sanitize step- wash and sanitize in one step?
- Bleach solution for wiping rags was not provided at time of visit.
Correction: -Ensure to follow the 4 steps-(as per posted sign) 1. wash 2. rinse 3.Sanitze- 4 Air dry
- Ensure to have bleach solution ready (100 ppm) at all time during business hours.

Observation: Frozen prawn being thawed in hand wash sink
Correction: No food preparation in hand wash sink- Hand wash sink must ONLY be used for hand washing.
