Follow-up inspection: - Side windows for 2 patio areas were removed to allow air circulation. Current patio layout adhere to the guidelines. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Corns hot held at 74C. - The sandwich cooler with inserts near the front kitchen was serviced and measured at 4C. Monitor the temperature to ensure it is consistent. - The other sandwich coolers were being serviced at the time This will be verified during next follow-up inspection. Ensure no potentially hazardous food is stored inside until temperature can be maintained at 4C or less. Signatures not required due to Covid19 Pandemic.
