Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottles for sanitizer not well labelled. Measured solution above 1000 ppm. At these high concentrations product is not safe for food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Improve the measurement system for quats concentrate to allow more accurate dosing as discussed. The lid or cap is not a good system. Use a smaller bottle for the concentrate (proper labelling required) to allow more accurate dosing. Use ready-to-use prediluted product is an alternate method to make safer. Spray bottles should all be properly labelled.

Cooling units all less than 4 C. New cooling unit purchased. Good. This will help de-clutter some of the units.
Freezer around -5 at time of inspection. Heavily frosted. **Defrost this unit and improve vertical air flow as discussed.

Continue to de-clutter premises to free up shelf and storage space.
