Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee was observed clearing the table and bringing dirty dishes and then went on to bring out ice cream and serve it without washong hands in between

Observation: Rodent droppings are observed in the hallay where bags of rice are stored.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove the droppings and clean and sanitize the area. Monitor the area for any pest activity
- Get a pest control company to put adequate pest control measures in place. Pest control company is coing every second month, reports are available for review

- Freezers are functional
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at temperature of 74C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution bottles are available in the kitchen and front, measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Foodsafe is verified. NOTE: All of staff who has Foodsafe training has completed that in April 2013 or before that. The Certificates are expiring in July 2018. Talked to the person incharge to get the staff to take a refresher course
