All handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Excellent hand washing practices noted during the inspection.
Walk-in-cooler and pizza cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Accurate thermometers were available.
Front display cooler was being used to store non-potentially hazardous bottled drinks only.
Chest freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-holding units were at or above 60 degrees C. Additional hot holding unit was installed.
Probe thermometer was available.
Automated time-tracking system was in place for a few pizza's held at room temperature for less than 2 hours.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Wiping cloths were observed inside two buckets containing soapy water for cleaning purposes.
Wiping cloths were also observed inside two buckets containing 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer for sanitizing purposes.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the third compartment sink and sanitizer spray bottle.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
Shatterproof light cover was installed over light bulb in walk-in-cooler.
Manager was on-shift and had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.

COVID 19 safety plan is in place.
Maximum occupancy sign is posted.
Floor marking is placed where applicable.
Hand sanitizer is available for customers.
