Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Few of the sanitizer buckets and spray bottle measured 0-50ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Staff changed sanitizer immediately. Ensure to use test strip to verify 200ppm is reached and change solution regularly.
