Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C4AUUK. All infractions in report#JCHY-C4AUUK. -Hot-holding display unit at the front measured at 70C air ambient temperature. -Hot potentially hazardous foods (i.e.: hot-dog buns, curry beef buns) measured at an internal temperature of 65-70C. -Light bulb in the walk-in cooler replaced. Adequate lighting in walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature. -COVID-19 Safety Plan developed and on-site. Maximum occupancy of facility indicated in the COVID-19 Safety Plan. -Maximum occupancy limit posted at the customer washroom. NOTE: Ensure COVID-19 Safety Plan is translated into English. Note the maximum occupancy limit, customer contact information collection, disinfection frequency of high-touch surfaces, and sanitizer availability for customer use in the English version of the COVID-19 Safety Plan.
