Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tray of raw shell eggs were stored at room temperature. Temperature of eggs was at 23C.
Corrective Action(s): Eggs discarded at time of inspection. Ensure all potentially hazardous food items are only stored at room temperature for 2 hours - any leftovers after 2 hours must be discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee stirring spoon was stored in visibly dirty water in between uses.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure utensils are stored in ice water in between uses, and clean and sanitize utensils/containers every 2 hours or sooner when visibly soiled.

- Bar towels soaking in solution at 100 ppm chlorine

- All coolers were at or below 4C

- Hot held food items were above 60C
- All food stored off the floor
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
