- Improvements in sanitation noted during inspection
*Staff still not provided or informed about the sanitation plan provided to Fraser Health.
*Ensure staff are trained and informed about the sanitation plan / cleaning checklist
*The weekly cleaning schedule must cover all sections of the kitchen and bar
*Recommend using a flash light to light up hard to reach areas and ensure all areas are being cleaned

-Back storage room requires additional cleaning and re-organizing
*Relocated extra chemicals
*Clean up all spills and droppings
*Designate personal items to specific shelf/area of back storage room
*Re-organize food storage

-Improvements in noted in pest control and cleaning. Less droppings and mouse bedding noted in premises.
*Continue to clean up droppings, noted locations of activity and report to pest control technician
*Recommend making a pest activity reporting log to allow staff to note pest activity - log can be checked by management and pest control tech during service
*Management has to work with pest tech to correct recommendations noted on pest control reports
*Management has supplied FHA with PC reports from Nov 2019 to Feb 2020.
*Continue to send next 3 pest control reports to FHA for monitoring

-2 glass doors at bar are still in to be repaired - in progress
-"T" bar / cap to be installed between deep frier units to prevent oil falling between units
-Increased pest control devices noted under dishwasher
