Cleaning has mostly been completed - some grease build up was still observed beneath the fryers. Kitchen manager indicates it's because there is a low spot there, and the cleaning staff are washing the floor and it's ending up there. Please pull out fryers periodically and mop up grease and water here. Handsoap has been installed at handsink. Ice bath in use for utensils and tongs.
