Time cards obtained and in use in the front display case. "Out time" refers to food items that came out of oven; staffs must add 6 hours to the "out time" to calculate discard time. Back door was closed at time of inspection; store owner still deciding if a screen door will be installed. No food stored on the floor at time of inspection. Temperature records are to date and sign has been added that staffs must check thermometer inside walk-in cooler not the gauge outside.
