Observation: Paper towel dispensers not in good working condition. The levers of both dispensers are stuck. This can lead to poor hand hygiene.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or reinstall new dispensers immediately.

Observation: Sanitizer bucket is not labelled as required. Rags are being stored on the counters.
Corrective Action(s): Rags/clothes for the cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces were places in bleach water sanitizer.

Ensure to label sanitizer bucket.

There must be on sanitizer bucket available at each preparation area (ie. one in back area and one in front pizza prep area).

Comments

Routine inspection.
note: Indian food is now being offered again as per original food safety plan.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below.
Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration.
Dishwasher at 100ppm concentration for rinse/sanitize cycle.
Dry storage area is organized and foods are being stored in containers with lids.
All foods are located off the floor.
Pest control is in place. No evidence of pest activity noted during this inspection.
Pest control is contracted to Abell Pest Control.
Facility has been painted.
Light covers have been installed in kitchen.
Overall sanitation throughout facility is satisfactory.

The following requires operators attention:
1. see above noted violations.
2. Ensure to clean the exterior components of all large equipment (ie. coolers, containers etc.) on routine basis.
3. All Handwashing stations must have a garbage bin located right next to the sink.
4. Note: Front dining area has been renovated. There are no objections to these changes. However, If you plan to make any changes in the future, please notify health department beforehand.
5. Provide Environmental Health officer with pest control invoice via email as discussed.
