Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -6C (completed defrost cycle).
-Kitchen upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezers ranged from -10C to -19C.
-Front under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Beef patties were cooked to greater than 71C.
-Grilled onions were cooled in a shallow container and were at 4C.
-Potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature. Foods are time tracked and discarded as per the approved food safety plan.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm - solution is changed every 30 minutes.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 12, 2026.
