Correction Order issued on Aug 9 has been rescinded. Facility is changing from FO to FE1 and approved to serve food (i.e. baked goods and coffee drinks/tea) on site. Application form for status change and permit fee of $100 (Aug-Mar'22) collected in a cheque #18 at this time. Food Safety Plan/Sanitation Plan submitted. - Handwash station had been installed for the front coffee/packing area. - Temperatures met requirement of Health. - 200ppm chlorine available in labelled spray bottles. - No evidence of pest activity observed. - General sanitation of the facility satisfactory but could be improved. NOTE: Extra prep table(s) and/or storage unit(s) could be placed as discussed at this time. NOTE: Ensure to have the backdoor closed at all times.
