Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink was obstructed (storing lids for bins) and not easily accessible for use.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sinks must be accessible/free of obstructions at all times. Staff cleared the hand sink at time of inspection.

Observation: A significant amount of food debris/dirt was noted in hard-to-reach areas (in corners, under dishwashing sinks, in the office/dry storage room, etc.)
Corrective Action(s): Scrape off any stuck-on debris if necessary, and clean and sanitize floors in hard-to-reach areas. Ensure equipment is regularly pulled out such that deep cleaning can occur.

Comments

- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels, however was not easily accessible for hand washing (see violation code 401 above).
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle and from dispensers at two-compartment sink.
- Coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Freezer temperature satisfactory
- Time-tracking log sheets for potentially hazardous baked products were available and up to date.
- Dry storage area satisfactory
- Baker was cleaning large equipment at time of inspection. *Deep cleaning of floors in hard-to-reach areas needed (see violation code 306 above).
- Pest control in place. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection. *Fly light to be relocated (see violation code 209 above).
