**Ensure to date the sauces in the bottles whenever they are filled. Per your corporate food safety plan, most of these sauces can only be held outside of the cooler for a maximum of 10 hours. Operator indicated the sauces are filled in the morning and discarded by end of day, within the 10 hour limit.
