Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Sandwich station not cleaned and sanitized until end of day.
**Corrected during inspection** Educated operator to clean and sanitize at least every 2 hours of continuous use. Customers should be happy to see staff cleaning.
2. Bleach found in spray bottle of kitchen bleached out test strip at start of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** bleach diluted to 200ppm by end of inspection. Remember to use only 1/2 tsp unscented bleach / 1L water.

Sanitation:
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
Bleach sanitizer measured 200ppm by test strip by end of inspection
2 compartment sink used for dishwashing
Washroom maintained in sanitary condition; not available for use by public
Rice scoop and container replaced and cleaned every hour. Recommended to have timer to remind staff to replace and clean

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
