Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #BCUD-BLRVQB, #DKAL-BUCUS3 & #TGIL-C8VVZH). Observations made during inspection: - The facility submitted the proposed floor plans with 3 compartment dishwashing sink and handwash station. - Construction was completed as per the approved floor plan. - Handwash station has supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink has adequate supply of hot and cold running water. - Drying rack is available for air drying and adequate shelving area is provided for storing clean dishes/utensils. - Bleach is used as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces. - 3 compartment dishwashing method was discussed at the time of inspection and demonstrated by the staff. The concentration of bleach was noted at 200ppm. CLOSURE ORDER issued on December 21, 2021 was rescinded at the time of inspection.
