Comments

Sanitation greatly improved in dry storage area, under dish pit, under cooking line area-->most debris has been removed and cleaned up
-> Ensure to continually deep clean these areas
Contact pest control company, obtain mice trap and ensure foods are not left out/uncovered/spilled which can attract pests (especially fruit flies)
Discussed with operator regarding laminate flooring in dishwashing area--> if upon future inspections this area is not being kept and maintained clean/sanitary, then this flooring will need to be removed/replaced as per previous direction.
Foods in dry storage and cooler were covered now
**Closure issue rescinded--Restaurant is granted approval to re-open based on the above conditions**
