Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-B9L2NV: Code 308: (pending corrections) 1.Operator indicated that a new milk/cream dispenser was ordered and will arrive in 2 weeks. Operator must remove the original milk/cream dispenser from premises as no longer in use. 2.Operator indicated that the freezer was repaired. Several foods checked at -9C to -14C (hash browns, Tim Bits, Eggs). Frozen foods must be at -18C or lower according to BC Food Premises Regulation section 14(3). Freezer must be repaired or replaced to maintain food at -18C or lower. In the interim, continue to use this freezer as it still maintains food in frozen state. Correction Order Issued for (2) Correction date: March 4th, 2019.
