Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats dispensed at 2 compartment sink.
200ppm quats available for use in container and labeled spray bottle.
2 door freezer at -16 degrees C.
2 door cooler at 6 degrees C. Staff observed pulling various food products out and refrigeration unit is in a defrost cycle. Operator has called in a service technician to service the cooler.
Permit posted in front area.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
Pest control services in place. Rodent activity noted by technician in back area. Continue to monitor activity. Clean premise on frequent basis. Keep side door and front doors closed to prevent potential pest entry.

Note: room temperature display of croissants/twists/rolls with cheese/ham/spinach indicated with production time on logsheet on clipboard. Reminder to maintain on card at front area.
