Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: 1. Observed a knife stored in between wall and prep table in the back
2. Shelves where clean cups are stored had accumulation of dust and other debris.
Correction: Required operator to clean and sanitize knife prior to re-use. All utensils must be stored in a clean and sanitized container/surface at all times. Operator is to clean and sanitize all shelves and have them cleaned regularly

- Bulk food scoops are in dedicated containers outside of the bulk bins. Ensure the scoops and containers are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Knives and other utensils are properly stored
- Storage shelf for clean cups is maintained
- Sanitation underneath and between cooking equipment is satisfactory.]= Ventilation hood filters are taken down monthly for cleaning. Continue to clean regularly to avoid accumulation of grease and debris.
