The ambient air temperature for the walk-in cooler was measured at 8.9C.

Discussed keeping the potentially hazardous foods such as sausages in the walk-in cooler in the front.
Please keep the record of the temperature for the back walk-in cooler.

Discussed having the chlorine sanitzier sprayers for the front, deli, and sausage making area.
Please ensure 100ppm for the chlorine concentration.
