Observation: Rodent droppngs observed in corners of prep area and beside 1 door cooler in kitchen area. Sticky traps and snap traps observed throughout facility.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize areas where droppings are found.
2. Monitor food in storage for damage. If any food product is found to be contaminated by pests (e.g. partially eaten, droppings found inside) item must be discarded.
3. Recommended to contact pest control company to assess facility and remove pests.
