Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection: - Undercounter cooler at the entrance of the sushi bar was at 4C - Hot water tank has been replaced (invoice received). - Ensure premises has hot water all times times to facilitate cleaning and hand washing - Remind staff that glove use does not replace proper hand washing. - Closure order is rescinded. Premises may reopen.
