Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Paper towel was missing inside the paper towel dispenser at the front handwashing station.
2) The back handwashing station was obstructed with buckets, large garbage bin, and other equipment.
Corrective Action(s): 1) The operator provided paper towels inside the paper towel dispenser.
2) Remove the buckets, large garbage bin, and other equipment from the back handwashing station. You must make easy access to this handwashing station and free of any obstructions.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The undercounter cooler directly behind the grill station is at 8C. The mercury thermometer inside the cooler showed 10C. The operator stated that the cooler was measured at 4C in the morning.
Corrective Action(s): The operator stated that he will replace the cooler with another cooler that maintains temperature < or = 4C. You must ensure that the cooler holding cold potentially hazardous food items maintain temperature < or = 4C at all times.
