Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATs test strips available. Walk-in cooler, prep cooler, and beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Time-tracking in place for pizza on display. Pizza stored under room temperature discarded every 1.5 hours. General sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pests observed. Overall, facility is well organized.
