Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs dispenser measured at 50ppm. QUATs spray bottle in the back food handling area is empty.
Corrective Action(s): Temporarily use bleach (i.e.: chlorine-based) to sanitize the kitchen equipment. Third-compartment sink must be measured at least 100ppm chlorine. Prepare 1 parts bleach to 500 parts water (i.e.: 1:500 dilution factor). Replace empty QUATs spray bottle.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. QUATs test strips available.
Walk-in cooler, prep cooler, and beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C.
Time-tracking in place for pizza on display. Pizza stored under room temperature discarded every 1.5 hours.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized.
