Met with store Manager, Jeanine, and discussed the following:

- food safety recertification process ( provided her with a " reminder" card )
- daily temp logs are available
- quats test strips in place
- high temp dishwasher ( 185 F )

Ensure to clean the floor under the counters and coolers , hard to reach area, in the back /storage and dishwashing area.
