- Discussed cooking process with Operator for beef and chicken donair meat
- Hot holding is measured over 60 degrees Celsius
- Front food service area is stocked with 200ppm chlorine solution in spray bottle
- Donair prep cooler with toppings holds below 4 degrees Celsius
- Walk-in cooler hold below 4 degrees Celsius
- Proper air drying of food equipment observed during inspection
- Only food grade materials used to store foods; good stock rotation and storage practices in walk-in cooler
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
