Observation: 3 vegetable peelers and 3 knives stored with visible food debris.
Correction: All food equipment, food utensils and food contact surfaces must be cleaned of all debris, then sanitized after use. Food equipment, utensils and work surfaces in constant use for the same purpose must be cleaned and sanitized a minimum of every 4 hours or when changing uses.
All food equipment and utensils where possible are to be cleaned and sanitized after use, using the dishwasher equipment.

Knives stored in sanitary condition. 2 vegetable peelers in sanitary condition. 1 peeler re-cleaned to remove food debris.
New pest control service provided, traps and glue boards deployed to control pest activity.
Required premise cleaning completed.
Chemicals and paint re-located away from food storage areas.
Papertowel dispenser repaired.
Reviewed proper handwashing procedure and glove use with operator.
