General sanitation - good;
Handwashing station is supplied with hot/cold running, liquid soap, and single-use paper towel.
Coolers at or below 4 C;
Freezersat or below -18 C;
Coolers and freezers are clean, organized, and have working thermometers.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle is at 100 ppm of Chlorine residual concentration (minimum required: 100 ppm);
All utensils are clean and stored safely at the time of inspection;
Food stored at 6" off the floor;
Staff washroom clean; supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
Temperature log is up-to-date and kept on site.
Operating permit and FoodSafe Certificate posted on the wall by the front display cooler.
No pests activity noted at the time of inspection. Traps are set and empty.
Pest Service was on site on Oct. 9, 2018 (the invoice for the service is available).

Note: Kitchen stand-up domestic freezer has excessive accumulation of ice. Please defrost & clean the freezer.

Friendly Reminder:
Thank you for documents that has been sent to our office (some a FoodSafety Plan) as per the previous inspection report request. However, the information that you provided not fully covered Dosa preparation.
Please update food safety plan for Dosa; incorporate a critical control point (soaking the rice/dahl at <4C and storing the cooked idl./dosa at <4C) into the food safety plan to ensure the Dosa is processed in a safe manner.
