=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; manager FOODSAFE equivalent certification on site, good to 2025 (SH).

Staff maintain temperature log of all cooler and freezer units, however corrective actions are not being followed up, bar fridge recorded to be >4 degrees since May 2021.
closure order issued for unapproved renovations, failure to maintain cold potentially hazardous foods <4C, and failure to maintain food equipment in a sanitary condition.
