Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity was noted at this time. Routine pest control service in place. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. General food storage practice is adequate. Kitchen hood in sanitary condition. Next kitchen duct cleaning due August 2022.
