Kombucha products have been relocated to red cooler <4C. Air curtain placed for cooler but it is still unable to maintain temperature <4C. Keep non potentially hazardous food in there only. Cut watermelon at 9C has been relocated to working cooler at time of inspection. Tongs were observed to be stored in container of sprouts again. Operator mentioned that customers keep putting the tongs back. Recommended that signs to return tongs can be made or prebage the bean sprouts.
