Sanitation of premises has greatly improved from previous routine inspections (still some issues as noted above--)
-Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-All coolers at 4 deg C or less
-All freezers at -18 deg C or less
-Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual
-Bleach water sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine
-Food is stored off floor
