General Comments:
- Hand sinks are equipped with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- Coolers <4C
- Freezers -18C
- Hot-held foods >60C
- Temperature logs are in use and up to date
- Kitchen dish washer reaches >71C at the surface of the plates
- Glass washer produces 50 to 100ppm chlorine sanitizer (minimum 50ppm, good)
- Sanitizer buckets contain 200ppm Quats sanitizer, hold cleaning cloths and are changed on a regular basis and as needed
- No evidence of pests observed during inspection. Pest control services are in use.

For Correction:
- Ensure that the dish washer is cleaned regularly to remove food debris on a regular basis (some caked on food debris present at the time of the inspection)
- Ensure that all cut fruit/veggie containers are maintained in ice baths <4C
