Observation: * Ice was found in sink (in bar area) that has a drain and pop lines running into it. This ice was being used for drinks but is not considered sanitary with pop lines running through it
Corrective Action(s): * Provide a sanitizable bin to store ice for drinks in bar area and wash/sanitize bin between use

* Dishwasher final rinse was found to be at 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface(met minimum requirements)
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Food was covered in storage
* Staff were wearing proper aprons and hair protection
* Sanitizer in kitchen was found to be 200 ppm quaternary ammonium in buckets to store wiping rags(met minimum requirements)
