Repeated violation. Also noted in the report from pest control company. continuous violation may lead to progressive enforcement

Follow-up inspection for JPAK-ASVUEV

Resolved violations:
1. All noted areas in the kitchen that required attention cleaned and droppings removed; big cleaning day was on Nov.8th according to operator. Continue to have a designated cleaning day for sanitation and monitoring purposes

Outstanding violations:
1. back storage area where two chest freezers are still disorganized and requires cleaning
2. front and back entrance doors with large enough gaps for pests to enter
3. Holes in the wall behind the line cooler in the bar area

Overall sanitation improved..
