Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Food storage practices were generally good.
Organization of storage areas was satisfactory.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water.
Operator hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths had a chlorine concentration of 200ppm.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 73.3 degrees Celsius.
No signs of pests.
