Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Line cooler at 13C. Owner adjusted cooler during inspection as it was set to a warmer setting.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all temperature controlled units are checked daily and that all cooler are kept 4C or less at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot holding unit for cooked meat and vegetables measured at 30C. Unit was plugged into a plug that wasnt working and moved to an alternate plug during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Recook food and only put food back into this hot holding unit when it reaches above 60C. Block of plug that does not work to prevent staff from using it.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle labelled as sanitizer had no detectable level of sanitizer and contained another chemical that could not be identified.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle dumped out during inspection and replaced with a bleach solution. Ensure that all chemicals are accurately labelled for quick and accurate identification.

√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
